At Conestoga College, the centre providing accessibility services to students is called Accessible Learning. Accessible Learning is the primary place to find out about all of your disability related needs.
Conestoga College offers transition support for students with disabilities. C Success Summer Transition Program is for students who face barriers to participating in college life, and want to learn more about what to expect at college and become familiar with their new learning environment. Students explore the campus, visit important resources including the Accessibility Services Office and Adaptive Technology Centre, and speak with older students to learn about their experiences and tips for success.

The Learning Commons offers free academic services and resources as well as leadership and professional development opportunities to support student success at Conestoga. The Learning Commons offer four core academic services: Learning Skills, Peer Tutoring, Math, and Writing.
The Library and Resource Centre at the Doon and Cambridge campuses offer a range of resources for students such as library catalogues, e-books, articles, and journals. Students can also access instructional services, borrowing services, and bookable meeting rooms. The Library and Resource Centre provides accessible facilities, and resources for students with disabilities. Students with disabilities are encouraged to contact Accessible Learning if they require specific accessible materials.
Conestoga College's Financial Aid & Awards Office offers a range of financial assistance which consists of merit-based scholarships, need-based bursaries, and awards based on academic achievement. Conestoga College’s Residence and Housing Office offers private and traditional style suites for students on Doon campus. Residence assignment operates on a lottery system and students who are not selected in the initial round of room allocations are placed on a waiting list. Traditional style suites include 2 students to a room with a shared washroom and kitchenette. Private suite style residence includes 2 private bedrooms with a shared kitchenette and a shared washroom. Building amenities include:
All rooms come furnished and include internet access, cable television and local telephone service. Residence rates vary depending on room selection, and payment plans are available. Meal plans are optional and operate on a declining balance system.

Conestoga College offers maps and locations for each campus. Conestoga Students Inc. (CSI) provides a complimentary shuttle service travelling between Residence, Cambridge campus and Doon campus at two locations. This service is free to all Conestoga College students, faculty and staff who show the shuttle driver their ONE Card.
Grand River Transit (GRT) is comprised of buses. Full-time students at Conestoga College are eligible to purchase a 4 month Term College Pass. Schedules and maps are offered for every transit route that GRT provides. The GRT provides the easyGO Mobile Application, which allows users to have instant access to real time transit information.
GRT provides accessible transit with features such as low floors, kneeling features, and a ramp. Users who require a support person to travel with them, can apply for the Transit Support Person Program, which will allow the support person to travel with the user free of charge.
