Seven Generations Education Institute (SGEI) is an Indigenous-led educational organization in the Treaty 3 area.  Their main campus is in Rainy Lake, with additional campuses in Kenora and Sioux Lookout.

Accessibility Services

At Seven Generations Education Institute (SGEI), the centre providing services to students with disabilities is called Accessibility Services. Accessibility Services is the primary place to find out about all of your disability related needs.

Wellness and Mental Health

SGEI offers a variety of counselling and wellness services for all SGEI students.

Tutoring

SGEI provides tutoring to students, requests can be made to your instructor or post-secondary coordinator. 

Cultural Mentorship and Support

SGEI provides cultural mentorship via our Elder in Residence, grandfather drum, Saagajiwe, and grandmother eagle staff, Gookomisinaan. Questions about cultural mentorship or support, should be directed to a Wellness Coordinator.

Library Services

SGEI students have access to library materials at the SGEI Library at Rainy Lake campus, as well as their affiliate college library.  

Financial Aid

Financial assistance, bursaries and scholarships are available to students. Visit Financial Aid for more information about funding resources.
